Description of problem:

Including 'service_retires_on' in service dialog still needs customization in Automate domain.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a service dialog with field 'service_retires_on' with type as 'Date/Time Control'
2. Create and launch service catalog
3. Service retirement date will still be None

Actual results:
Service retirement is None

Expected results:
Service retirement should be set
