/bin/(u)mount have to be SUID-root in order to allow users
mounting filesystems with 'user' option. And they always
used to be... until RedHat 5.8.x :-)

Rpm (~mid-January) appears to have been setuid bit hungry :-(
Meanwhile, another trip through the build system has restored
the setuid bits to /bin/*mount.
