OpenStack-tempest 17.1.0 is available and it contains lots of improvements by making clients.py and test.py as a stable interface.

We need to pull tempest-17.1.0 for RHOS-12.
Note: It requires pulling a new dependency python-stestr as buildrequires.

openstack-tempest-17.1.0-1.el7ost is already part of RC puddle 2017-11-29.2

yes, we're trying to close this bug .. but first we need to have all acks .. and in order to have them, we need (as I was told) to go through all the appropriate statuses.

openstack-tempest-17.1.0-1.el7ost package has been released and it's available in OSP12 repositories since 31-Oct-2017.
