But python-stestr also needs python-future... This is a build requires only, so we don't need to track in BZ. Opening it as coming as a Requires for Tempest in Queens releases. It is going the universal test runner for running unit, integration as well as functional tests python2-stestr-1.1.0-1.el7ost.1 package is available in RHOS13 repository, so marking the bug as VERIFIED. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
