Description of problem:

In Satellite 6.2, when going to Content > Errata to apply an errata, the user could select all in the list and then a box would pop up to let the user select all even past that page size. 

In 6.3, this is not available

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Get more than a page size of clients in a state that an errata is applicable
2.  Go to COntent > Errata
3.  SElect an errata
4.  Click "apply errata"
5.  Select all hosts (click the select all box)
6.  A line should pop up to let you select beyond your page size

Actual results:
You can only select a page size

Expected results:
You should be able to select 'all' hosts

Moving this bug to POST for triage into Satellite 6 since the upstream issue http://projects.theforeman.org/issues/21789 has been resolved.

Verified in Satellite 6.3 Snap 35

Followed verification steps outlined in the original description. 

When clicking the select all checkbox, which selected the 20 content hosts on the page, the link to select all 26 was presented. 

From there, following through to install the errata on all the hosts succeeded. The tasks for all 26 hosts were processed to completion.
