Description of problem:
For the ldconfig binaries, the following contexts are present in /etc/selinux/targeted/contexts/files/file_contexts:

/sbin/sln       --      system_u:object_r:ldconfig_exec_t:s0
/sbin/ldconfig  --      system_u:object_r:ldconfig_exec_t:s0
/usr/sbin/ldconfig      --      system_u:object_r:ldconfig_exec_t:s0

This is obviously lacking one for /usr/sbin/sln

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. touch /.autorelabel
2. reboot

Actual results:
complains about conflicting context for /usr/sbin/ldconfig and /usr/sbin/sln

Expected results:
no complaint
