Description of problem:
PostgreSQL APB should be displayed under Databases/All and Databases/Postgres
MariaDB APB should be displayed under the tab for Databases/All and Databases/MariaDB
(MySQL APB looks ok)


How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in to web console UI
2. Click on Databases and then All
3. Look for Postgres (APB) and MariaDB (APB)
4. Click on Databases and then Postgres
5. Look for Postgres (APB)
4. Click on Databases and then MariaDB
5. Look for MariaDB (APB)



Actual results:
Postgres (APB) and MariaDB (APB) are NOT available under Databases - All.
Postgres (APB) is NOT available under Databases - Postgres.
MariaDB (APB) is NOT available under Databases - MariaDB.


Expected results:
Postgres (APB) and MariaDB (APB) ARE available under Databases - All.
Postgres (APB) IS available under Databases - Postgres.
MariaDB (APB) IS available under Databases - MariaDB.

The fix LGTM with docker-hub image with canary tag. I will double check until RHCC images ready. And, will change status to "Verify" at that time if looks well. Thanks.
