YUM 2.2.0 Ignores proxy settings simply goes to baseurl

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible: enter proxy for either global or a repo

Fix - upgrade to urlgrabber 2.96 from duke.edu
This has been tested & confirmed operational

you don't need to file the same bug twice.

I got it at linux.duke.edu's bugzilla.
