Description of problem:

Current version of ansible-inventory-grapher ( ansible-inventory-grapher-2.3.2-1.el7.noarch) is not compatible with shipped ansible version (2.4) and tracebacks

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

ansible-inventory-grapher-2.3.2-1.el7.noarch

Just bump the version to 2.4.1 will fix the issue, and the following scratch build in koji works :
