    from my test result above, if no suitable virt backend found, virt-who start failed and shutdown, but actually, virt-who process can't exit. Moving to POST as a fix has been posted awaiting review. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
