Tested on CFME-5.8.3/RHV-4.1.8:

Retire a VM that was provisioned from CFME was successful,
with api version V3 (CFME-5.8 Default settings), and with api version V4.

* Moved to v4 by running this flow on the CFME machine:
vi /var/www/miq/vmdb/config/settings.yml
use_ovirt_engine_sdk - > true
systemctl restart evmserverd
