Description of problem:
Adding text to an OOo drawing causes OOo to die

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
1.9.83-1

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start a new OOo drawing, add some lines
2. Click on the T (add text button), type something, click on it again
3. Type something else in
  
Actual results:
OOo draw pauses and then dies

Expected results:
Text should be added

Additional info:
Does not happen on OOo 1.9.81

I see it a crash in 
SvxForbiddenCharactersTableImpl::Insert

I think I have the fix for this, will appear in 1.9.85-1
