Description of problem:
Issue is about cloud tenant of RHOS7-GA. Unexpected error occurring while editing tag.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.9.0.7.20171107212356_ed87902

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add cloud provider first (Openstack RHOS7-GA recommended)
2. Navigate to Compute -> Cloud -> Tenants
3. Click on 'admin' from 'Cloud Tenants' table
4. Click on 'Cloud Object Store Containers' from 'Relationship' table
5. Click on one 'Cloud Object Store Containers' from 'All Images' table
6. From 'Policy' select 'Edit tag'
7. Select any tag category or assigned value (Just take category as department)
You will see error encountering there!

Actual results:
Unexpected error occurring: 

No route matches {:action=>"explorer", :controller=>"cloud_object_store_container", :escape=>false, :id=>"3", :load_edit_err=>true} cloud_object_store_container/tag_edit_form_field_changed]

Expected results:
Should edit this tag

Additional info:
I doubt it is something to deal with this issue: BZ1494344.

I am not able to reproduce this on the latest build or master. Can you, please, retest with the latest build? Thx!

I can see 5.9.0.7 still giving similar error as I noticed while raising this issue, however, new 5.9.0.8 works well surprisingly.

5.9.0.7's evm and production log attached here. You can also check behavior on shared appliance[1]. I agree on closing this issue since 5.9.0.8 already fixed it!

So you are confirming this is fixed on 5.9.0.8. No need to look into it in older versions --> POST.
