Description of problem:
Fails to extract TP-Link firmware without p7zip-plugins installed.

2.1.1-6.fc27

How reproducible:
Every time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. binwalk -e "tp-link-firmware-blob.bin"

Actual results:
WARNING: Extractor.execute failed to run external extractor '7z e -y '%e'': [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '7z'

Expected results:
File should be extracted.
