Description of problem:


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): currently 27 but affects the previous version as well.


How reproducible: if the rotation button (next to gnome settings) in the top panel isn't locked the problem persists.

Actual results: screen is auto-rotated, even the gdm session. Additionally, the problem affects the DE either on wayland or xserver session.  


Expected results:


Additional info: i own an hp spectre x360 laptop with accelometer, gyroscope sensors etc.
