we don't want third party repos in rhel, since we can't offer support for them.

gnome-software has this in its spec file:

+cat >> %{buildroot}%{_datadir}/glib-2.0/schemas/org.gnome.software-fedora.gschema.override << FOE
+[org.gnome.software]
+official-sources = [ 'rhel-7' ]
+nonfree-sources = [ 'google-chrome' ]

which is making it show the prompt.  Note, the prompt doesn't actually have any fangs, so to speak, because we don't ship third party .repo files. still we should get this stripped from teh spec file before release.
