Individual Bugzilla bugs in the statuses "NEW", "ASSIGNED", and "POST" are being migrated throughout September 2023. Bugs of Red Hat partners with an assigned Engineering Partner Manager (EPM) are migrated in late September as per pre-agreed dates. Bugs against components "kernel", "kernel-rt", and "kpatch" are only migrated if still in "NEW" or "ASSIGNED". If you cannot log in to RH Jira, please consult article #7032570. That failing, please send an e-mail to the RH Jira admins at rh-issues@redhat.com to troubleshoot your issue as a user management inquiry. The email creates a ServiceNow ticket with Red Hat. Individual Bugzilla bugs that are migrated will be moved to status "CLOSED", resolution "MIGRATED", and set with "MigratedToJIRA" in "Keywords". The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.boot up win2008-32 guest with vioser device
2.install qemu-ga-win msi in guest
3.Check qemu-ga Digital Signatures inside the guest:
"qemu-ga-x64"---->"Properties"--->Press "Digital Signature"--->Press "Red
Hat,Inc."--->Press "view Certificate"-->you will see "Red Hat certificate"
Actual results:
cannot find "Digital Signature" tab in the property
Expected results:
find the certificate in qemu-ga-*.msi
Additional info:
1 can find certificate in previous guest-ga, version is 7.4.5.

I have been looking into this issue for last couple of days and this is what came up:
Since the qemu-ga now is built using MinGW on Linux machine and singing Windows binaries on Linux build machines is currently not supported so the msi won't be signed during the build for the coming release (7.5), instead Lev Veyde is going to sign it when creating the installers. For the next release (7.6) I am going to try and integrate Windows signing for qemu-ga during build.
So I am changing this for 7.6.
