Description of problem:
I think that there should be Documentation section (https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:Systemd#Documentation_field) in service file for systemd.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. systemctl cat tendrl-notifier.service | grep Doc

Actual results:
There is not documentation section in notifier service file.

There is documentation section in notifier service file.
