Description of problem:
I have one task ImportCluster from `20 Nov 2017 13:25:27`. When I select `From: 20 Nov 2017` and `To: 21 Nov 2017` or later it shows correctly the task but when I select date `20 Nov 2017` (the same date that the task was created) in `To:` field the task disappears.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Import cluster in Tendrl.
2. Open Tasks page.
3. In filter: For `From:` field select date prior to the date that task was created.
4. In filter: For `To:` field select date of the task creation.

Actual results:
The task is not shown.

Expected results:
If there is selected date of task creation as `To:` attribute then this task should be included in filtered tasks.
