Description of problem:
If user runs apps that needs root permission e.g. ethereal, up2date, etc, but
inside user's GUI session (KDE or Gnome), the apps use root's theme instead of
current user's theme.

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log into regular user account in runlevel 5.
2. Start application that requires root permission, e.g. ethereal, up2date,
system-config-*

Actual results:
Application started but use root/default theme.

Expected results:
Application should use the current user's theme.

Additional info:
Please reassign if the component selected is wrong.

Thank you for the bug report. However, Fedora Project no longer maintains this
version of the product. Please upgrade to the latest version and open a new bug
if the problem persists.

The Fedora Legacy project (http://fedoralegacy.org/) maintains some older
releases, and if you believe this bug is interesting to them, please report the
problem against Fedora Legacy component
