Ceph was retired in EPEL7 in September 2017. The last version of Ceph in EPEL7 was ceph-0.80. I neglected to retire ceph in EPEL6 at the same time it was retired in EPEL7, but I've just done that now. There will be no updates to Ceph in EPEL6 or EPEL7

Note: Ceph packages for el7 are now provided in the CentOS Storage SIG.
