I just saw this: If some of your packages have unsatisfied dependencies, the upgrade will refuse to continue until you run it again with an extra --allowerasing option. Using --allowerasing seems to have fixed this installation issue. Hmm, I thought we retired aether-ant-tasks. Either way, aether-ant-tasks obsolete so I would recommend uninstalling it before attempting to upgrade to F27. aether-ant-tasks is indeed retired from f27 on, but nothing Obsoletes it (in RPM sense). I think we should add Obsoletes either to fedora-obsolete-packages or maybe ant Fixed in maven-resolver-1.1.0-2 maven-resolver-1.1.0-2.fc27 has been submitted as an update to Fedora 27. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2017-cde3e1f36b maven-resolver-1.1.0-2.fc27 has been pushed to the Fedora 27 testing repository. If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report. See https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA:Updates_Testing for instructions on how to install test updates. You can provide feedback for this update here: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2017-cde3e1f36b maven-resolver-1.1.0-2.fc27 has been pushed to the Fedora 27 stable repository. If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report. I believe that this bug is fixed in maven-resolver-1.1.0-2, which is available in updates for Fedora 27, so I am closing this bug now.
