Description of problem:

Customer as a admin user was able to run pod-network command earlier, now all the pod-network commands fail with the following error:

"error: Failed to fetch current network plugin info"

Openshift dedicated 3.6

Actual results:
error: Failed to fetch current network plugin info

Expected results:
He should be able to run pod-network command
