Description Jan Vlug 2017-11-22 12:14:03 UTC
Description of problem:
Tried to add a printer by discovering printers first via Gnome settings.
SELinux is preventing cups-pdf from 'read' accesses on the directory /etc/cups.

***** Plugin catchall (100. confidence) suggests **************************

If you believe that cups-pdf should be allowed read access on the cups directory by default.
Then you should report this as a bug.
You can generate a local policy module to allow this access.
Do
allow this access for now by executing:
# ausearch -c 'cups-pdf' --raw | audit2allow -M my-cupspdf
# semodule -X 300 -i my-cupspdf.pp
