Description of problem:
libgfapi support to access vm disk drives is not going to be supported for RHHI 1.1 which is based out if RHV 4.1.8 and the same can be removed from the 4.1 new / edit cluster dialog box.

1. Create a new or edit  cluster with compatibility version of 4.1

Actual results:
There is a check box present with this cluster compatibility to enable libgfapi

Expected results:
This checkbox should be removed when the cluster is created with 4.1 compatibility version
