Description of problem:
When navigating to details project page, 
the system raises an exception when the selected project contains metrics

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
CFME Version:            5.9.0.10

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a provider and enable C&U
2. Wait for 30 mins for system to collect some metrics
3. Navigate to Compute --> Containers --> Project
4. Select random project that contains and metrics
