Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install the wildfly package with dnf
2. Start the wildfly service
3. Add a management user by running /usr/share/wildfly/bin/add-user.sh
4. open a browser at localhost:9990

Actual results:
status 404


Expected results:
Wildfly management console page
