Description of problem:  Both KATE and KCONFIG are missing fromt eh KDE Menu, although both present if the ``Run'' command is chosen.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):KDE 3.4 Beta


How reproducible:  Missing if KDE is chosen in addition to Personal Desktop default install.


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Applications not listed in ``Start'' menu.
2.If the user chooses ``Run'' form the menu and tries to launch these, they are present.
3.
  
Actual results:  Prgrams missing form Start menu.


Expected results:  Programs should be listed in KDE Start menu if they are installed.

please download redhat-menus-3.7.1-7 and update it. It will fix this problem
