Not reproducible. Tried https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1515855#c4 as well. Moving this out of the release, can consider if clear reproducer is provided. @Martin, As discussed, pls have a look and let us know if reproducible. This issue is not reproducible when tested with the latest downstream builds. Hence moving this to ON_QA. Api returns no errors when PEER_REJECT state is raised and there are no errors in logs.
