So gonna close this, cuz if ya look at box the right, we got the updated attributes that fix this issue (latest g), ss on the right is from the appliance ya sent (older g)

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 5.9.0.11 How reproducible: 100% Steps to Reproduce: 1.Add RHV Provider to CFME 2.Create a catalog and a catalog item that facilitates provisioning VM on RHV 3.Provision a service with that catalog 4.Navigate to SUI and click service you provisioned in step 3 5.Click access Dropdown Actual results: See screenshot, VM Console button disabled in SUI, which is enabled in OPS UI Expected results: Consistency between OPS UI and SUI Additional info:
