Description of problem:
After starting virtual machine RHEL 7.4 in virt-manager notification pops up about AVC denial. 
SELinux Alert Browser says this:
The source process: /usr/sbin/virtlogd
Attempted this access: connectto
On this unix_stream_socket: /run/dbus/system_bus_socket

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
libvirt-daemon-*3.9.0-5.el7.x86_64

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start virt-manager
2. start virtual machine RHEL 7.4 in it

Actual results:
notification pops up about AVC denial

Expected results:
no AVC denials
