Description of problem:
WebMKS Console: Toggle Full Screen button does not work on Internet Explorer 11

CFME 5.9.0.12

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Access CFME Appliance via Internet Explorer 11
2.Add VMware Infra provider to CFME
3.Set VMware Console Support to VMware WebMKS
4.Open VM Console for any of running VMs
5.Click ToggleFullScreen Button

Actual results:
Console does not go FullScreen

Expected results:
Console should go full Screen

KK, can you test this outside of CloudForms and see if it works in just the context of the browser and vmware.  There is some question whether VMware supports this in IE11, could you confirm.

Dave, I confirm the Full screen button works via VMware itself on IE 11 in Win 7.

This affects all browser-based remote console technologies, i.e. VNC and SPICE too.

This bug appears in CFME 5.8.3 build as well. Please create a clone for the same.

This BZ (1523839) and then https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1520105 would need to be backported to FINE.  They should both backport cleanly.
