I am able to reproduce this issue on latest 5.10.1.0.20190206171834_d399434, @Harpreet, please check with existing Schema of Service/Provisioning/StateMachines/ServiceProvisionRequestApproval (check GIF for more info). Navigate to Automation > Automate > Datastore 2. Enable `RedHat` Domain 3. Copy ManageIQ (Service/Provisioning/StateMachines/ServiceProvisionRequestApproval) Class to Redhat Domain 4. Goto that class and select `Edit Sequence` from configuration 5. Make some changes and try to reset it Actual results: Two flash messages Expected results: Need only one flash Additional info:
