hotness's scratch build of papi-5.6.0-1.el7.src.rpm for rawhide failed http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=23815081

Not surprised that the scratch build failed. I was attempting to spin papi-5.6.0 rpm and found that the papi-5.6.0.tar.gz isn't archived correctly:

$ tar tvf ./papi-5.6.0.tar.gz 
-rw-r--r-- davidsrogers/staff 433 2017-12-19 14:44 ./._papi-5.6.0.tar
-rw-r--r-- davidsrogers/staff 25323520 2017-12-19 14:44 papi-5.6.0.tar

papi-5.6.0-2 now built for rawhide.
