I'm hitting upstream bug 10105 <https://github.com/opencv/opencv/issues/10105> which has been fixed in version 3.4.1, could you please update OpenCV? Thanks!

I already have prepared opencv 3.4.1 [1]  to include in rawhide and F28 , as bring many security fixes , but still need wait for a new compose of F28 , until then build will fail
