Description of problem:

Unable to perform "Exit Maintenance Mode" task of VMware host.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Red Hat CloudForms 4.5 

How reproducible:

Always

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to CloudForms operational portal.

2. Add Infrastructure provider i.e VMware 

3. Navigate to Compute -> Infrastructure -> Hosts -> Select any host whose power state is maintenance

4. Try to exit from maintenance mode ---> Navigate to specific host (PS- maintenance) -> Power -> Exit Maintenance mode 


Actual results:

Not able to exit from maintenance mode 
 
Expected results:

CloudForms should performs "Exit maintenance mode" successfully.
