Description of problem:
[UI] - 'Migrate VMs' dialog - 'Select Host Automatically' - the drop down list should be grayed out by default.

In the Migrate VMs dialog there are 2 options:
'Select Host Automatically'
'Select Destination Host' 

When the 'Select Host Automatically' radio button is selected the drop down list to choose host is still available to choose from, but should be grayed out. 
It should be available to choose a host from the drop down list only when the 'Select Destination Host' radio button is selected.

4.2.0.2-0.1.el7

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. 2 Hosts in cluster and 1 VM
2. Run VM and open the migrate VMs dialog

Actual results:
'Select Host Automatically' is the default selection but it's drop down list isn't grayed out as should be.

Expected results:
'Select Host Automatically' is the default selection and it's drop down list is grayed out by default. 
I should be able to choose the host if 'Select Host Automatically' i set.

indeed. But it is a cosmetic issue - targeting next release.

This bug report has Keywords: Regression or TestBlocker.
Since no regressions or test blockers are allowed between releases, it is also being identified as a blocker for this release. Please resolve ASAP.

Re-targeting, because these bugs either do not have blocker+, or do not have a patch posted

The migrate VM dialog has changed since 4.2. Now, there is no radio button.
