Description of problem:
En every start an pop up will shown an message of an missing lib.

qt-creator-4.5.0-1.fc26.x86_64

How reproducible:
Every time


Steps to Reproduce:
1. start the qt-creator

Actual results:
An warning message about an missing lib is shown:
/usr/lib64/qtcreator/plugins/libQbsProjectManager.so: Cannot load library /usr/lib64/qtcreator/plugins/libQbsProjectManager.so: (libqbscore.so.1.10: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)

Expected results:
No warning on start

Additional info:
LANG=C sudo dnf provides */libqbscore.so.1.10

Indeed a packaging mistake resulted in those files missing. Fix building. Thanks for reporting.
