Description of problem:

dist-git not in sync with patches branch

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. 'rdopkg patch' to add a new patch

Actual results:

Some of the existing patches are reordered because of sha1 changes after a rebase.

Expected results:

Only the new patch is added.
