Description of problem:
After removing template, on RHV side,
Though there was a refresh on CFME side,
Under CFME UI: Compute->Infrastructure->VMs & Templates: RHV Provider->Data center, The removed template is still displayed (as an active Template, and not as Archived).

Later on, probably after full refresh, the template is no longer displayed on CFME side.

Please assess the impact of this issue and update the severity accordingly.  Please refer to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/page.cgi?id=fields.html#bug_severity for a reminder on each severity's definition.

If it's something like a tracker bug where it doesn't matter, please set the severity to Low.

Ilanit, can you confirm that this is just the template and not VMs as well.  Also, you say in your original write up...

After removing template, on RHV side,

...please confirm if a refresh did occur. 

Assuming its only templates and happens after a full refresh, we could possibly defer fixing to 5.9.1, do you agree?  If not, RHV dev needs to commit to fixing this soon.

This bug is specific to templates (Tested it on CFME-5.9.0.15/RHV-4.1.8). 
It do not occur for VMs.


The problem is that though we see refresh for the removed template occurred
(by having refresh messages in evm.log, and in provider page, last refresh time gets updated),
the Expected refresh in the CFME UI did not happen, thta is the Template was still displayed as an active one (not Archived) 

After reporting this bug, it turned out that this bug was already revealed,
while investigating a previous bug: bug 1511445. 
bug 1511445 is now ON_DEV.
I left this bug open, to verify it, when bug 1511445 will move to ON_QA.
Therefore the Target Release can be left as CFME-5.9.0.

Moving bug to ON_QA, since Bug 1532648 (CFME-5.9.0 clone of bug 1511445) is now ON_QA.

Verified that after removing template in RHV, it is removed without the need to perform full refresh.
