Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a class with instances and methods
2. Click on the class, select either Instances or Methods in the right pane
3. Check any of the items present, click Configuration -> Remove Instances (or Methods)

Actual results:
Nothing happens

Expected results:
Selected Instances or Methods get deleted.

Additional info:
Normal deleting works.
