This release restores API with 1.8.2 release. That means it changes API comparing to 1.9.0.

1.9.1 is API and ABI compatible with 1.8.2, but there is a mistake in BSON_STATIC_ASSERT(s) definition in 1.9.1 that prevents from using BSON_STATIC_ASSERT() macro. I will report it and fix it <https://jira.mongodb.org/projects/CDRIVER/issues/CDRIVER-2460>.

This release is suitable for Fedora ≥ 27.
