This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 28 development cycle. Changing version to '28'. "no protocol specified" with liveinst in /home/satellit/Downloads/f28-Branched/Fedora-SoaS-Live-x86_64-28-20180313.n.0.iso FMW USB to USB external HD install attempt anaconda 28.22.2-3 fc28 Fedora-SoaS-Live-x86_64-28_Beta-1.1.iso: sugar-terminal install with liveinst with FMW USB and ext USB HD still fails only install with console login #iiveinst with external USB HD unplugged until anaconda starts Please, attach files /tmp/*log with anaconda logs. no logfiles in /tmp just 2 systemd-private..... Then attach the output of the journalctl command, please. *** Bug 1571921 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** This message is a reminder that Fedora 28 is nearing its end of life. On 2019-May-28 Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 28. It is Fedora's policy to close all bug reports from releases that are no longer maintained.
