perl-Mail-Box-3.003-2.fc28 fails to build in F28 because a test fails:

This is caused by upgrading perl-Mail-Message from 3.002-1.fc28 to 3.005-1.fc28. Upstream fixed it in Mail-Box-3.004.

I will upgrade the package. It only adapts the test, changes documentation style, and adds dependency on the new Mail::Message version.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 28 development cycle.
Changing version to '28'.
