A flaw was found in ImageMagick 7.0.7-17 Q16, there is a heap-based buffer over-read in the ReadSIXELImage function in coders/sixel.c, related to the sixel_decode function.

According to upstream changelog, the support for sixel coder was added in version 6.8.9-9.
