Description of problem:
Desktop startup 30 seconds delayed in ksplash after plasma-workspace update.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
plasma-workspace-5.11.5-1.fc27.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start plasma desktop.
2.
3.

Actual results:
Startup delayed for about 30 seconds.

Expected results:
No delay.

Additional info:
If I disable ksplash then desktop appears immediately. 
After downgrading plasma-workspace* plasma-lookandfeel-fedora libkworkspace5 sddm-breeze to 5.11.4 no delay.

almost certainly a dbus timeout somewhere

With plasma-workspace-5.11.5 in .xsession-errors appears message:

/usr/bin/startkde: line 251: qtbus-qt5: command not found

no such message with 5.11.4.

arg, that looks like a typo, it should be using 'qdbus-qt5'

No delay after I changed qtbus-qt5 to qdbus-qt5 in /usr/bin/startkde.
