Description of problem:
There is no event displayed on the timeline of an EC2 instance.

5.9.0.16.20180109204148_7ac9852 

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a ec2 instance on an EC2 provider
2. Delete the ec2 instance
3. check its timeline once deleted

Actual results:
no event in the category Deletion/Removal

Expected results:

Should be an event

Works on Azure

I think this should have been solved with https://github.com/ManageIQ/manageiq-providers-amazon/pull/402
