Description of problem:
Some PDFs evince/poppler complained of corrupt PDFs but the were able to be opened by multiple other readers. A bug was filed upstream and it was fixed in poppler.

Their fix was: https://cgit.freedesktop.org/poppler/poppler/commit/?id=42d8d7ffd8b5393dc3103a45932b70bc8ca61c2e

I've rebased their patch and built it locally and now I can open said PDFs.

I should note my rebased patch works after all the CVE patches.
