Description of problem:
The supervisor RPM is EPEL 7 is 3.1.4 in EPEL 7, while upstream now has both 3.2 & 3.3 versions available.

A RHEL TAM customer has been using the supervisor RPM in EPEL since RHEL 7.0; however, currently are needing the ability to expand environment variables in the config file.  Appears this was added in 3.2.0 in Nov 2015.  There are likely other useful features that would benefit other customer too.

I can't see any obvious incompatibilities here... what does everyone else think? 3.2 ? or 3.3? or too dangerous?

(2 years after O:-)) I read supervisor changelog and I didn't found breaking changes until the 4.x version. I think we can safely upgrade to 3.4 for EPEL7. If nobody have objections, I can commit the changes.
