Previously, when configuring Stonith resources automatically with OSP-d, there were two potential problems: sometimes a Stonith resource would not be created, and the stonith-enabled property could be set to false. Consequently, Stonith was not correctly configured on the overcloud. This update addresses these issues, and Stonith is configured as expected.
